Brand Creation, Launch, & Marketing Support

Zeppelin was founded in 2013 with the sole purpose of revolutionizing the SaaS travel industry. The company focused on three major areas of the market: consumer based discovery, activity booking, and accommodation booking. In order to bring to life the broader vision of booking an entire trip from a picture, three products were created to solve for product market fit - Skyship, Nitrogen, and Helium.

As a co-founder I helped create the brand from the ground up. In addition to conceptualizing the concept of Zeppelin, my responsibilities included communications, asset creation, and product management. Below are several examples of customer facing brand messaging that were used to promote and sell the three products.

Skyship

Skyship

Skyship was a customer facing travel discovery product (iOS, Android and Web) which allowed users to book travel plans based on seeing images of interest. It was created as a community offering that incentivized participation with discounts and travel rewards. This video showcases the platform and user experience of planning and booking a trip.

 
 

Nitrogen

Nitrogen was targeted at SMBs worldwide. The platform allowed any activity based business to upload their inventory and sell it via their own website. Empowering the business owners provided value to their individual marketing efforts while simultaneously populating inventory on Skyship.
