About Me
I started my career building brands while specializing in Music Video and Commercial Film Production. In 2001 I co-founded Vendetta Films and brokered a partnership with special effects experts Robot Rumpus. For five years I was Executive Producer and helped create some of the most cutting-edge music videos for AAA musicians in conjunction with some of the world’s leading brands for commercial entertainment.
In 2005 I left the film production business to pursue a career in the video game industry. I accepted a newly founded position in consumer marketing at NovaLogic, makers of some of the most popular PC games of the era. There I perfected my skills at consumer-driven marketing and helped create one of the first social networking community sites specifically for NovaLogic fans.
In 2006 Konami recruited me to their newly founded mobile game and applications division. By 2007 I was heading up the mobile and online marketing departments while blazing new and innovative methods of marketing to consumers via multiple channels. My team and I helped propel Konami to a top five publisher within two years of my joining.
In 2008 I left Konami to help build Deep Silver, a brand of Koch Media GmBH, newly formed in the US. While at Deep Silver, I was instrumental in laying the foundation for not only Marketing, but also Sales and New Business Development. While at Deep Silver, I created invaluable international contacts I still network with today.
In 2009 I left Deep Silver to start my own consulting business. While consulting for several years I managed to add Honda, Acura, George P. Johnson, Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony, several top 5 video game publishers and developers, as well as a few well known QSR clients. Consulting lead to founding Mzure and Zeppelin, two interactive technology companies that were acquired in late 2016.
Today I consult for entertainment companies on go-to-market strategies, brand building and international release plans. While my career has been varied and unique, I have had the opportunity to work in several cutting-edge fields and with many name brands.
